From 1-Month project to 1 Year

The idea of Abyss Seeker started in Sept-Oct 2023, and initially it was going to be a 1 month project. I had in mind to create a minimalist roguelike-roguelite using only geometric figures (since I'm not very good with pixelart). I remember that after 2 weeks of working on it, I put it aside for about 10 days, and that's when the idea for "Abyss Seeker" came to me. It was suddenly, around 50% of the story and content that the game has today came to me all on the same day.
So I started working on this new project, the first image below shows how little I achieved in those first two weeks, it is the only thing I have saved from that project. The player is the green circle and the enemies are the red ones. The triangle enemy I remember it was going to be a "Fast" enemy.
and the second image is what the game is like today. It is the same project, what was going to be minimalist and with geometric figures I molded it so that it became a headache although something a little more decent and elaborated. So, I worked on Abyss Seeker for about 8 months now, but until the 1.0 comes out maybe in total it will be at least 1 year of work. But for that I need of your feedback, because I have more ideas for new games and I want to work in them. What do you think? Abyss Seeker has potential?
